The difference between eating shave ice and a snow cone is huge. Our shave ice is like eating light and fluffy snow. Our snow-like ice absorbs our syrups perfectly within and throughout the ice instead of draining right to the bottom, as snow cones do. We pride ourselves in our high-quality syrup concentrates which come straight from the islands. We make our syrup in-house with pure cane sugar, and the water used for our ice blocks and syrup is filtered water from a local certified quality water vendor. We proudly offer Marianne's Macadamia Nut & Vanilla Ice Cream along with toppings such as li hing mui powder, sweet cream (snow cap), and/or sweetened coconut shavings.
